I’m back – how are you all?

I’m back! January was spent in a Covid haze. What a horrible virus it is. I had to go into hospital for a few days but luckily only needed oxygen for a few days. However they don’t tell you about the after effects. I still have fatigue and brain fog! Some would say I always have brain fog but this is something else. I have literally no recollection of a couple of weeks. However it’s onwards and upwards now. Today I went for a walk around the fields with the dogs. Something that a week or so ago I would have found impossible.

Anyway I just thought I would check in with you all to see how you are doing. Please leave a comment and let me know how January was for you.

February has started well. Having had Covid I am so grateful for just the small things in life. My attitude of gratitude has produced some interesting results. For example I needed a new rug for my daughters pony. A trip to Mole Valley Farmers and the last rug on the shelf was the right size and the right price! How’s that for the manifesting. I totally believe in the power of the law of attraction. Every day I say thanks to the universe for so many things – my health, my family and so much more in between.

The other thing that I am grateful for is my crystals. Without them I think my recovery would have taken much longer. My smoky quartz heart has certainly helped me to sleep much better at night and I now wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

If you are interested in finding out more about crystals why not check out my page on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/sparklinggifts2 I am always happy to offer advice.

Anyway enough rambling from me. Please feel free to leave a comment on on this post.

Please stay safe.
