Mission statement

Mission statement – what is that?

This explanation makes it easier to understand.

In simplest terms, a mission statement defines the goals and purpose of a company, organization, or individual.

Why is it so important to have a mission statement? Well without it I would have no idea what I plan to write about. So I am going to try to explain mine.

Cash Mum

I originally started blogging on my old site which was Arewemad2. It was purely a personal blog about the crazy life we lead here. It was about the animals primarily but also touched on other subjects.

Cash Mum came about as I was spending more than I could afford and was looking for ways to increase my income. Not by hundreds of £ but a few extra pounds. I turned to doing surveys. After all they didn’t require much time, meaning I could fit it around the day job, and they were easy to access from my phone. I joined so many survey sites in the beginning. My inbox was overflowing with invitations to complete surveys. Some were low value and others were offering more. I started so many! But then I would be screened out.

I looked into other ways to earn some money online. Matched betting? I gave it a go. It was not my thing, besides I got too distracted by the gambling side of things. The casino in particular.

Now google was certainly my friend in the early days and I signed up to testing sites, get paid to sites, you name it I signed up for it.

Cash Mum came about as I wanted to share my journey of making and saving money with others. I wanted to tell people that there are ways to make a few extra pounds online.

Cash Mums Mission Statement

To help people find ways to make and save money.

Pretty broad right? But it is my purpose, my reason to write. I enjoy writing, I enjoy helping people. And if just one person tries one of the ideas I share I will be happy.

Finally

I hope you have enjoyed reading my post today. If so I would love for you to leave a comment. And a share would be very much appreciated.

I will be back soon with some more ideas on making money and of course saving some money too.

Until next time.

Stay safe, stay healthy and if you can stay at home x
